Managing your lead balance in LeadMagnets is easier with the auto-recharge feature. This allows you to set a recurring monthly recharge amount and automatically top off your balance when it falls below a certain level. Follow the steps below to enable auto-recharge, ensuring your campaigns run smoothly without interruptions.
Navigate to System Settings
Click on the profile icon in the upper left corner of your LeadMagnets.io dashboard. From the dropdown menu, select Settings to access your account's system settings.
Select the Lead Balance Menu
In the settings menu, click on the Lead Balance option to manage your lead credits and recharge settings.
Toggle to the "Recharge" Tab
On the Metered Balance section of the Lead Balance page, toggle to the Recharge tab. This is where you can set your recharge preferences.
Set Your Recharge Amount
In the provided field, enter the amount of lead credits you want to add to your balance each month. This recharge amount will automatically recur on a monthly basis.
Enable Monthly Recharge
Toggle on the monthly recharge option to activate the recurring recharge feature.
Set an Automatic Top-Off
Enter the balance threshold where you want automatic top-offs to occur. When your lead balance falls below this level, additional credits will automatically be added to ensure you don’t run out.
Click Confirm
Once you’ve set your recharge preferences, click Confirm to save your settings.
Recurring Monthly Charges:
The recharge amount you set will be applied each month on a recurring basis, ensuring your balance stays topped up.
Automatic Top-Offs:
If your balance drops below the threshold you specify, the system will automatically add credits to your account. This ensures your lead magnets continue running without interruptions.
Adjust Anytime:
You can change your recharge amount, top-off threshold, or disable auto-recharge at any time by returning to the settings page.
